dude, its not matrixorg issue, its the russian security state blocking the federation

would be amazing if matrix would make an official statement on their blog/website.

They're different problems. Since matrix-client.matrix.org is blocked, I don't think Element is able to work without a VPN. I tested under VPN and as you can see from the header, messages are not delivered TO third party servers.
