First marketplace release

This is the first version for the marketplace, excited to get this project out there.
Fixed a bunch of smaller and more critical issues, added a message box to prevent folks from setting input or golden data sets on steps without a unit test in the transformation.

Better DB support

In this release we added the ability to replace all references of a database connection with another one.
If you do a lookup in a database or do other database operations this makes it easier to set up unit tests.

Various bug fixes, tweak loading fixes, menu fixes, disabled run error fix.

PCM16 demo

This build was demonstrated at the Pentaho Community Meetup 2016 in Antwerp. Compared to 0.1 it adds a step which executes all defined unit tests of a certain type. It outputs all successes and failures down to the row and field value level.

Should work on anything from PDI version 6. Please create an issue if this is not the case or if anything else is not as you like.
