  • Respond to Ctrl+Z/SIGSTOP and SIGCONT correctly. Currently, this is swallowed by crossterm(?).
  • While we're there, improve Ctrl+C/SIGINT handling.
  • Consider handling Ctrl+\/SIGQUIT as well.
