Is it possible to have the '/gitlab todo' command be executed automatically daily at a certain time to remember the developer of his todos?

@itsmichaelk @mickmister There is a feature to send the todo to each user everyday. Do we need a new feature to send the todo at a specified time ?

Hi @itsmichaelk, thanks for filing this issue. To make sure I understand the feature request, would you want this message sent every day, regardless if the user logs in on that day? And would you want it sent on weekend days as well?
