Summary
The term blacklist is not inclusive. It should be changed to a more inclusive term blocklist.
This includes all occurrences in code and docs.

Should we also make the Bible illegal for not being "inclusive"? They also mention "white"/"light" as good and "black"/"dark" as bad.
In my opinion the whole "inclusive" thing is missing it's point.

I understand the problems that some words can raise, even if imho this term is used as an historical term. Thank you for pointing it out @yoursunny.
According to the "Computing" part of this thread, I could rename this file to "deny list" as Apple plans to do for its developer terms or "spamlist" as suggested by @khylias.
