VNP Only checks user permissions on plugin initial load. This causes major confusion for server owners setting up the plugin as they would constantly see a "no permission" warning after setting the permission. Additionally setting permissions like vanish effects should not need a restart at all.

Please consider setting VNP to check user perms in real time or on plugin reload. Thank you!
