CMake Changes

[GoogleCodeExporter]

This enhancement or bug fix adds the following new functionality or
addresses the following issues:

1. FindOsgWorks.cmake actually searches for the items instead of requiring a 
value to be manually set.
2. Some changes to CMakeLists.txt to simplify finding OSG.  The helper CMake 
file seemed quite long and complicated to me.
3. Plus some other minor things you may/my not want.

(We use a Git mirror to convert from subversion.)  I'm guessing it won't merge 
cleanly at this point but maybe you can check it out and see what parts you 
want.
