Rhino Inside Excel

This folder contains a test sample for using Rhino Inside Microsoft Excel using Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO).

Getting started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes

Prerequisites

1. Microsoft Excel 2016 64bits
2. Visual Studio 2017 (download) with VSTO Add-in extension
3. Rhino WIP (download)

Getting Source and testing

1. Clone the repository. At the command prompt, enter the following command:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/mcneel/rhino.inside.git rhino.inside

2. In Visual Studio: open _rhino.inside\Microsoft\Excel\RhinoInside.Excel.sln.
3. Press Start to run the debugger.
4. In Excel, go to the Add-ins tab
5. In the Rhino Inside group, press the test01 button.
