Option to disable ratings/favorites/last made

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

I know some people like the features, but I'd like the ability to disable the ratings, favorites, and the "last made"/timeline features.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

Likely through environment variables, but something like:

DISABLE_RATINGS: true (default: false)
DISABLE_FAVORITES: true (default: false)
DISABLE_TIMELINE: true (default: false)

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

I know work was put into making those features, and while I'm sure people like them, to me their clutter.
