Lab space expansion

Jason sent an email to Theo on September 25, 2024 with these final points:

• Can the second electrical pole in the middle of the floor be removed or replaced with a floor outlet? The workers installed new wall outlets so that is sufficient.
• There are three large holes in the floor, one in the new space and two in the old space. WIll these be filled?
• There is no base/skirting board on one side of the opening to the new space. WIll that be added? The column could also probably use baseboard, to prevent it being beat up.
• The wiring for the fire alarm still needs to be tidied up.
• There is a large fire extinguisher, is that the construction workers? Or does it stay in the lab?
• The ceiling panel by the new duct work in the old space is still exposed. Will that be fixed?

Item 1, Electric column in the middle of the floor remove

Item 2, spar rings in the floor (1 in the expansion and 2 in the existing bike lab)

Item 3, Floor finish of the columns and under the radiator

• C240918470, I want to have it included if Guido Hellemons agrees on the floor including structural ceiling.

Item 4, Fire alarm wiring.

Are we still working from the project, preparation present.

Point 5, Fire extinguisher

Can be hung in the room by the handyman, bracket is already present, just make a call for FM incl. location

Item 6, Finishing architectural ceiling due to new piping.

Passed on to the OC2 to finish this. Will be done by them.
