Training Cards have been implemented at scale (10k+ users) and a number of projects have plans to use them more. Several items have been identified to improve the quality and user experience.

Design / Research Opportunities

  1. We've seen that some users are viewing training cards dozens of times in a given day without completing them. We can identify why this is and try to mitigate this. At a very minimum, we can do something to show them a max number of times in a given day.
  2. We've also heard a lot of feedback around wanting to view completed training modules. Identify some ways to facilitate this.

The team did story maps and @n-orlowski is working on the MVP design for the selected story. The idea is to have the MVP defined and develop it in Q1 next year.
