Discussed in #1493 (comment).

I wrote https://github.com/MeltanoLabs/tap-dynamodb/blob/main/tap_dynamodb/connectors/aws_boto_connector.py that should be able to be migrated to SDK.

move code to the SDK
add tests
add docs
refactor tap-dynamodb to use the SDK branch and make sure it still works as expected
