Desired Title: Starting up the Meshery UI
Topic: How to start the meshery UI
Core points to convey in the post:

1. Running mesheryctl system start directs users to http://localhost:31941, which is not reachable.
2. Users need to forward the port using mesheryctl system dashboard --port-forward.
3. Users must also update the endpoint field in ~/.meshery/config to http://localhost:9081/.
