Serial over USB

Hi,

First : Thanks a lot for the Meshtastic ecosystem... this is brilliant.

I'm trying to use the serial "text message" function : Is this function is bidirectionnal ? I can see debug infos and received messages on the serial over usb link, when they are send from the Meshtastic Android application.
But i cannot send message (i've tried a lot of terminal options) directly from the serial over usb console.

Please, is it possible to send message on the default channel from serial over usb, please ?
