Work ApplicationInsightsTelemetry:

services.AddApplicationInsightsTelemetry();
services.AddOpenApi();

DO NOT work ApplicationInsightsTelemetry:

services.AddOpenApi();
services.AddApplicationInsightsTelemetry();

Exception has thrown at inside ApplicationInsightsExtensions.AddCommonTelemetryModules(services);.
