When I try to upload the extension package I keep getting the Something went wrong. Please check your network settings error.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Go to https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/microsoftedge/overview
2.Click on package
3.Upload the package file.
4.See the error.
Expected behavior
The package gets successfully uploaded.
