[Bug - Edge Addons] For the past week, Edge extension publish fails with an irrecoverable failure

Describe the bug
We use wdzeng/edge-addon to update our Edge extension. That has been failing in CI for the past week: https://github.com/ruffle-rs/ruffle/actions/runs/13230855047/job/36927757294#step:20:32. The status being returned is the one listed on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/extensions-chromium/publish/api/addons-api-reference?tabs=v1-1#response-when-the-publish-call-fails-with-an-irrecoverable-failure.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to publish using this action

Expected behavior

It shouldn't fail like this and until last week it did not.
