scope find/replace to current function

would be great if you could add an additional scope level of "current function" to allow replacing of a all occurrences of some text. This would be very useful for some "poor man" simple refactoring tasks. replace across an entire file is too dangerous and replace across selection scope is cumbersome and open to unintended errors.
