Whenever I turn off WSA manually and set It to run when needed It keeps starting on It's own using system resources when it's not needed. It started to happen when I updated to 2311.40000.5.0.
It usually happens when the system is idle or when I'm away from the PC when I come back I notice that it Is turned on by itself.
