Thanks for bringing this up. Looks like this issue was caused by an experimental upgrade of WinUI. We're looking into the issue!

This was an issue that was introduced when we moved the ItemsRepeater to ItemsView. We were basically wrapping a scrollable element in another ScrollViewer. Fixe din the repo, and will be part of the next update!
