The Import workflow needs to be updated on every application

The 'Release-Action' workflow processes when a release is triggered. I found that it needs the workflow updated on every new solution. It was pulling in the test ALMLab every time. I had to change the default to my solution to get it to create the right folder.
I also noticed that the _managed.zip file that it creates on the Prod import has no reference. It is missing the '_managed' at the end when it moves into this job. I had to remove that piece for the file to be imported into Prod. It was still Managed, but did not have that at the end.

Could we pull the Solution name FROM the release trigger?
Can you also add in the index a way to match up the file name with the temporary folder created on the "export-solution-asmanaged" so the "import-solution-to-prod" job has the correct info?
