Formatter incorrectly indents lines beginning with the "begin" keyword #1238

It seems that any whitespace in front of the "begin" keyword is ignored. So a line starting with this keyword will be incorrectly indented.

Example formatter input sql:

while (@x < 1)
		begin
	set @x = @x + 1
end

Expected output:

while (@x < 1)
begin
	set @x = @x + 1
end

Actual output (actually identical with input):

while (@x < 1)
		begin
	set @x = @x + 1
end
