At the time of launch Devin had made this note:

One note that Maggie and I discussed—while we're fine launching with it, the fact that the text/image in the header and footer is somewhat blurry is something we would like to have fixed. Again, getting it published is the key need right now but flagging it for a conversation in the near future.

The logos do blur on higher resolution screens and need to be updated.

Similar to #484.
