Description of the new feature / enhancement

1. App Settings

• The settings related to both should be accessible in both view modes.
• But the settings related to the concerned view mode should only be accessible in that view mode and the un-accessible app settings should be freezed or in-operated.

2. App settings That should be freezed / in-operated in gallery mode

• Open in reader / arrow button
• Record chapter read
• Location list numbering
• Other than the above three settings, all other settings are useful for both view modes.

Scenario when this would be used?

Ease of access and end-user experience.

As for the context menu settings,

For location tab in gallery view,

1. Remove / Hide mark and un-mark all as unread option.
2. Add cover image.
3. Remove cover image.

As for bookmarks and continue reading tab, no need to add / remove anything in their context menu.
