How to bring a mounted window to front?

I've created a window like this:

    let exampleWindow = null;

    exampleWindow = new Vue({
      render: h => h(ExampleWindow)
    });
    exampleWindow.$mount();

Use exampleWindow.$mount() again will create a same new window, but I want to bring the existed window to front, but there seems no such API now?
