Productize Data Sources

Currently, data sources are gated behind a feature flag. This was ideal in order to get development started without having much impact on existing users nor introducing something that's broken. However, it's time to productize!

Tasks:

• Revisit data sources unit test coverage #302
• Write smoke tests covering main user flows #303
• Ensure appropriate monitoring mechanisms are in place (metrics) #304
• Drop feature flag to always enable the feature #305
• Finish REST driver implementation (some pieces were left out from initial implementation) #306

Note: We had discussed that we probably don't need to do the last checkbox "Add input-based caching support similar to what we have in ingests (so we don't hit rate limits)" yet.
