In the current implementation (29 oct.) users are able to set the start date of scheduled reports (see screenshot)

In addition, setting a start date should also be possible for one-time reports (see design).

After meeting with the design team, we have discussed the limitations of using non-native html elements and seperated the time widget from the date widget:
