hi guys, just copy,Packages/User/Package Control.sublime-settings from one machine to another. Close ST3 completely and reopen it. hit ctrl + ~ you will see your sublime is downloading the packages which are in you already download Package Control.sublime-settings. you might see it stop downloading sometime, exit your ST3 and and open it again.
