Update enrichment note table with more useful information

The enrichment note contains a table with what was meant to provide useful context about the enrichment, like settings that affected the search. This is useful when looking at notes at a later time, when connector versions and settings may have changed, to understand why there were no results, or why the returned results were as they were. The settings for the connector has changed a lot since that note was first designed, so update it with more relevant info.
