Source distributions are missing on PyPI #1938

Since the release 4.0.1 source distribution aren't published on PyPI.

Since the release of 4.0.1, source distributions haven't been published on PyPI:
https://pypi.org/project/mlcommons-loadgen/#files

Hi @tprrt yes, currently we are only adding the whl files via github action. But we can add the src distribution too if there's a use.
