adding vite outDir to .__mf__temp path

A lot of upload + deploy options might ignore .__mf__temp folder if it is outside of the outDir (user might choose a default one or configure their own one), it will resulting in file structure like this:

Local:

Deployed:

If this file is only for windows specific, without correct path for this file might cause errors on windows.

I am happy to open PR to fix this issue, but I don't have windows, it will need someone has a windows machine to test it
