A PR coming into the 0.10 pre-release branch removes the mom_auth_use_encrypted_app_tickets cvar due to a load order issue, and is being replaced with a -noencryptedtickets launch option. By 0.10.0, the mom_auth_use_encrypted_app_tickets page should be removed/deprecated.
