Unable to pull the image through lambda

Hi,
Currently im trying to pull the image via Gateway which calls lambda where the lambda pulls the image from s3 (with presigned url)

I am unable to get the presignedUrl, as when tried with

aws ecr get-download-url-for-layer --repository-name --layer-digest

An error occurred (LayersNotFoundException) when calling the GetDownloadUrlForLayer operation: The layer with digest does not exist within the repository with name ' in the registry with id ''

Any pointers to this would be really helpful
