Meinheld doesn't "log" to Statsd under Gunicorn

The Meinheld Gunicorn worker does not appear to call the log.access() method of the Statsd logger correctly when --statsd-host is enabled. This results in no request stats to be emitted.

Figured out that the worker doesn't enable access logging when the --access-logfile option isn't given (whereas with other workers Statsd still works in that case). But with that option I see the following error:

TypeError: access() missing 3 required positional arguments: 'req', 'environ', and 'request_time'

I'm also seeing this, it looks like this project is winding down and has little activity anymore.
I'll see if I can find sometime to fix this and make a patch.
