Following the Collabora doc and pointing to its domain in https://cloud.domain.name/index.php/settings/admin/richdocuments, I get both the OK from https://collabora.domain.name as well as following confirmation:

But neither *.odt nor *.pptx documents are loading:

System: ubuntu 22.04
Nextcloud: 28.0.5
mash: up to date
