Fälle in denen Updates nötig werden:

eine Tour wird einem neuen Fahrzeug zugeordnet
eine Tour wird storniert
der letzte Request einer Tour wird storniert
ein Request wird storniert

je nach Fall sind unterschiedliche Updates aus folgender Liste relevant:

prev_leg_duration von Event
next_leg_duration von Event
event_group von Event
direct_duration von Tour
