Motivation

We currently only test our workflows against model running on CPUs. We need to launch ray in a runner with GPUs to ensure we're testing it correctly and not relying on people's own hardware

I already run some executions in ad-hoc runners hosted in CW, but I want to add more configuration to the runners. I'm working on that.
