HF Model Card not created properly

Description

After finetuning a model, we upload a custom model card to HF. Its custom because we want to include the non-standard, evaluation benchmark of before vs after finetuning results. However, this leads to the model card being rendered weirdly, and the tags not being set properly

Reproduction

1. Finetune a model and make sure push_to_hub is True
2. Go to the HF model repo and check the model card
