Add-ons generated with landfill do not have `AddonGUID` records #15154

It looks like the add-ons generated for localdev (landfill) do not have an AddonGUID somehow. From what I can see, it might be because we create an addon "manually": https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server/blob/dcec5ccb231182e6379120b8a2c658e72c288794/src/olympia/landfill/generators.py#L39-L60
