Incorrect hyperlink to Wikipedia's privacy policy in Firefox Privacy Notice

The link to Wikipedia's privacy policy at the bottom of the Firefox Privacy Notice (under "Privacy Policies for Search Providers") incorrectly links the wiki article about privacy policies, rather than the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy.

1. Visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/
2. Scroll to the bottom, under the heading "Privacy Policies for Search Providers"
3. Open the hyperlink for Wikipedia
4. Observe you are on an article page, rather than a policy one.

The actual privacy policy should be linked, which can be found at https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy:Privacy_policy
