Support Node.js v10 and update Travis CI to use 'stable' Node version and package.json to use v10

We can't build the dependencies if we use Node.js v10.
After we fix this problem, we should update .travis.yml to use 'stable' instead of '9' and package.json to have 'engine' = '10'.
