Hmm, I'm realizing that keeping all the issues in the other repo makes it hard to mention issues in github commit messages. For instance, I can't just write "Fixes #2409" in a commit... I guess maybe "Fixes mozilla/webmaker-core#23" might work, but (A) that's a lot of typing and (B) it makes it sound as though it's fixing a bug in the webmaker-core repo or something... Makes me wonder if it might have been smarter to just have an issues-only github project at mozilla/webmaker, but whatevs, this is fine too.
@toolness it is a lot of typing and I know semantically it seems a little weird – but I think these trade-offs are worth it for the benefits we get in being able to more effectively triage/organize milestones, centralize design, etc.
Almost all the outstanding issues that were migrated were core/design related anyway (not specific to Android), so if we're finding this solution is actually causing confusion/problems for people we could open it up for discussion again.
