[Affected Versions]:

  • Firefox Reality version 10 RC3 (5b346b6)

[Affected Platforms]:

  • Pico Neo2 - Android 8.1.0
  • Pico G2 4K - Android 8.1.0

[Prerequisites]:

  • The Firefox Reality browser is open.

[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Click the "New Window" button from the menu tray.
  2. Using the controller click and hold the inactive window title.
  3. Observe the behaviour.

[Expected results]:

  • The text color remains the same and the background color of the bubble changes to black.

[Actual results]:

  • The entire inactive window title bubble gains a dark overlay.

[Notes]:

  • If the inactive window has a http website the lock icon in the bubble remains the same color.
  • The issue is not reproducible on the Oculus and HTC devices.
  • Attached a screen recording of the issue here.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Reality version 10 RC5 (e84d3c9) installed on the Pico Neo2 and Pico G2 4K headsets.
Now, only the background of the inactive window title bubble gains a dark overlay when clicked, the text remains the same color.
