yt-dlp multilanguage audio track selection?

Hi, recently I encountered youtube videos that have 2 audio tracks (example), german and english. You can select them in the browser but running such a video in mpv shows only 1 audio track, the english one.
Is there something you can do about this?

There is something like --audio-multistreams but I don't know how to make this work

Tested with latest mpv 39.0 and latest nightly yt-dlp

Okay with --script-opts=ytdl_hook-all_formats=yes you can see all audio tracks in mpv, but you get 14 of them instead of 2, with AAC low, medium quality etc.
So this messes up your setup ytdl-format=bestvideo[height<=?1440]+bestaudio/best and also changes the video from VP9 to H264.
Does someone know how to deal with this mess? ^^'
