When I have this extension enabled, all code editors include a new icon with the hover text %command.openChange%.

The left-most icon at the top-right side of the code-editor.

However, this button has never actually worked for me. It just displays a prompt to the user that a command was not found.

command 'hg.openChangeFromUri' not found

I have not investigated the code for this extension yet, but as this feature has never worked I'm not sure what it's meant to do. Regardless I assume either the button shouldn't be there, or the button is meant to do something when clicked. 🤔

It would probably also help if the button actually had tooltip text instead of the template ones. ^-^'
