plot_roc_curve has been removed in version 1.2. From 1.2, use RocCurveDisplay

plot_roc_curve has been removed in version 1.2. From 1.2, use RocCurveDisplay instead.

svc_disp = plot_roc_curve(svc, X_test, y_test)

Import RocCurveDisplay from sklearn's metrics module
