We started using FQM productively the other day and it's working flawlessly for now.
Three features/suggestions would make it even better (for us):
Order of waiting tickets
There should be an option to order the waiting tickets descending, so the "longest waiting ticket" is on top of the list. This will make orientiation on the site easier.
Lock touch screen
Another useful option would be to blank the touch screen when the office closes, either on a schedule or manually, or even show a message that the office is closed and there are no tickets left for today.
Hide header
The header is taking too much space. On a 16:9 screen, I always have to scroll down to see the tickets. It would be nice if one could hide the header.
Again, thank you so much for your work. These feature requests are really just a "nice to have" :)

The features are perfectly on point, I remember I had all three in my todo list at some point, but probably I've dropped them in favor of other ones during development. Although, the third feature should more of a default behavior adjustment rather than a setting (whenever a field is left empty the HTML element shouldn't be rendered in the first place). I've opened separate issues to hopefully address them in the next release. #238#239#240

Oh, I think you got me wrong on the last suggestion: I meant the header on the administration page, which has "Free Queue Management" as title. IMO it takes too much space on a 16:9 screen.
My fault, you mean the template's header. In that case, I think the best approach is to add a flag setting that's enabled by default to hide or show the template's header and footer.
