This is a list of tasks for which you can earn a bonus. We decided in group meeting that each member should spend 1 hour/week contributing to finishing something on this list.
At first we talked about this being a 罰 (BATSU) list (Japanese for "lose" or "punishment") but I like a more positive approach. Let's think about rewards and contributions to the group good, rather than thinking about the fact that people don't want to do these...
