Clear MSW Setup Example (app dir)?

I've looked across probably a dozen or more threads, discussions, etc... spanning the past 2 years. I've yet to find any clean, step by step example of setting up MSW to mock out endpoints (even just client requests) in next.js 14 (app dir). Is it correct to say this is still not a solved issue? (I understand this is not a msw issue, just looking for guidance).
