There's a lot of aliases that are not needed (or if those are needed then server should handle those with custom lbm).
Last update was 2016 for technic/legacy.lua and it was created 2013.

Most probably all aliases defined in technic/legacy.lua can be removed, then for other stuff see if it is relevant in any way and decide what to do.

Also clean up possible references.
